The working principle of the Filling and Spinning Machine is simple and efficient. The material first enters the gripping area of the robot from the feed bin, and then it is accurately sent through the conveyor belt to the filling machine for filling operation. When the material passes through the mold opening of the injection molding machine, it will be injected into the specific shape of drip irrigation vials. After filling, the vials are transported by conveyor belt to the capping machine, where the automatic capping mechanism accurately picks up and locates the caps for fast and precise tightening. Finally, the finished products are sent to the depalletizing area by the conveyor belt, and then neatly stacked and sent to the finished product warehouse for storage. The whole process is highly automated, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Protection and maintenance:
1.Regular inspection: Regularly inspect all parts of the equipment, including the conveyor belt, injection molding machine, capping machine, etc., to ensure that they operate normally.
2.Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment, especially the key components such as photoelectric detection device and servo motor, to prevent dust and dirt from affecting the performance of the equipment.
3.Troubleshooting: If a fault occurs during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately and the cause should be found. Troubleshoot according to the fault prompts or instructions in the manual, or contact professional maintenance personnel for repair.
4.Replacement of parts: For wearing parts and consumables, such as conveyor belts, injection molds, etc., they should be replaced in time according to the usage to ensure that the equipment is always in the best working condition.
